STRATEGY AND GOALS The United States Olympic Committee is a non-profit organization that serves as both the National Olympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee for the United States. As such, the USOC is responsible for the training, entering and funding of U.S. teams for the Olympic, Paralympic, Youth Olympic, Pan American and , while serving as a steward of the Olympic Movement throughout the country.

The website is an extension of this mission, used to inform, educate, and entertain the public, while creating buzz for the Olympic and Paralympic movement and our athletes. The website also serves as the comprehensive guide to the Olympic and , featuring exclusive, behind-the-scenes content. As the authority on all U.S. Olympic Team content, we offer a unique platform.

U.S. PARALYMPICS LANDING PAGE Today there are more than 21 million Americans with a physical disability, many who are eligible to compete in Paralympic sport. With extensive programming at the local, regional and national levels, U.S. Paralympics helps connect youth, adults, service members and veterans who have Paralympic-eligible impairments to organizations that offer adaptive sport opportunities from grassroots to the Paralympic Games. Year round, we sponsor ongoing programs along with camps, clinics and competitions to prepare athletes for their moment on the world stage.

The U.S. Paralympics landing page addresses this need directly through feature content, local club contacts, and education about the Paralympic Movement. The Paralympics page also features live-streaming Paralympic events, VOD replays, and community activation. DONATE The USOC relies on donations from fans and sponsors to support our athletes, fund our country’s Olympic and Paralympic teams and function as the National Olympic Committee.
