Seve:ral K-Bay Marines said they enjoy lifting weights at at the Kaneohe Bay Semper Fit Center as part of their weekly physical training because it allows them to add muscle mass and tone to their bodies. Most Marines said they have a scheduled routine they go by at the gym.
