KATA PENGANTAR Dalam era informasi sekarang ini data statistik merupakan kebutuhan utama bahan perencanaan dan evaluasi terhadap hasil-hasil pembangunan. “Trenggalek Dalam Angka 2021” merupakan salah satu publikasi tahunan BPS Kabupaten Trenggalek yang komprehensif memberikan gambaran umum tentang geografi ciri dan keadaan social ekonomi di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Publikasi Trenggalek Dalam Angka tahun 2021 ini merupakan lanjutan dari publikasi tahun sebelumnya yang menyajikan jenis data dari berbagai bidang serta dilengkapi dengan ulasan deskriptif dalam dua Bahasa yakni Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Upaya ini dimaksudkan untuk pengguna data dari pihak Asing dapat memahami isi buku ini yang pada gilirannya dapat melihat peluang Investasi yang ada sehingga dapat menarik Investor Asing untuk menanamkan modalnya di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Publikasi ini dapat terwujud berkat kerjasama dan bantuan dari berbagai pihak baik instansi pemerintah maupun swasta khususnya pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek. The publication of Trenggalek in Figures 2021 is the continuation of the publication in the previous years which presents all kind of data from many sectors and they are completed with descriptive explanation also written in two languages : Indonesian and English. This effort is a way to ease for the data user from foreign country to understand the content of the book and in order to invite them to see the investment opportunity so it can invite foreign investor to invest their capital in Trenggalek Regency. This publication can be finished because of good cooperation and help from all sectors e.i from government of private agency especially from Government of Trenggalek Regency. Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT Regional cooperation among local government is a must for the efficient management of public administration. The state has been implementing regulations on such cooperation. However, there are regions which reluctant to cooperate, especially with the adjacent areas. This method used is the study of literature, this paper will conduct an in-depth exploration of collaborative activities in Selingkar Wilis in East Java Province. Selingkar Wilis consists of six regencies (Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Ponorogo, Madiun, Nganjuk, and Kediri). These areas are provincial strategic areas which will be developed into a new tourism destination. Moreover, according to the preliminary study there are some problems hampering such cooperation, due mainly to regional selfishness. Therefore, this paper shows various regional cooperation models that aims to illustrate the cooperation among regions. These efforts are a must for the better development management among Selingkar Wilis areas. From the results of the study in the model offered for inter-regional cooperation activities, what is appropriate is the joint secretariat, which consists of three components, namely the local government, the private sector, and the daily executive board.

Bulgarian Journal of Agricultural Science, 25(4), 804–809 This research aimed to fi nd the best regional source of raw materials for the manufacture of coconut sugar syrup and the right concentration of activated carbon during processing of the pandanus-scented coconut sugar syrup. The experiment was set up into a randomized factorial design with two factors: the fi rst factor was the regional source within Indonesia of the solid coconut sugar (Malang, Blitar, or Trenggalek) and the second factor was the concentration of activated carbon (5%, 10%, 15%). The results of an organoleptic test of the sugar syrup showed no regional source effect, while the concentration of the activated carbon similarly had no signifi cant effect on color, scent, and fl avor. The best results were obtained with the solid coconut sugar from the Blitar region and with activated carbon at 5%. Quality measures of the pandanus-scented coconut sugar syrup from the best treatment were: total sugar of 67.88%, the water level of 29.46%, and ash level of 2.58%.

    REVIEW OF INTERREGIONAL COOPERATION OF THE REGIONS AROUND MOUNT WILIS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF STATUTORY REGULATIONS Widya Lestari, Aulia Buana, Mila Wijayanti, Wiwandari Handayani Email: [email protected] Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Diponegoro University ABSTRACT Interregional cooperation is an important consequence of the implementation of decentralization and regional autonomy policy in Indonesia. Cooperation is the government’s effort to overcome the limitedness and to optimize its potentials in order to implement regional development efficiently and effectively to realize society's welfare. The cooperation effort is done by six regencies (Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Ponorogo, Madiun, Nganjuk, and Kediri) around Mount Wilis - East Java to be able to mutually strengthen the process of development. The study aimed to review the implementation of regional development cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis from the perspective of applicable statutory regulations. The result of the review was used to find the opportunities and challenges in the implementation of the interregional cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis. The study used content analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach to elaborate on how the context of interregional cooperation according to statutory regulations was articulated in the cooperation performed. From the result of the review, were found some opportunities and challenges in the implementation of the interregional cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis. The commitment of the regional governments of the six regencies, the Government of East Java, and the Central Government was an opportunity for cooperation. While the challenges faced were the implementation of institutional context and cooperation funding. The opportunity and challenge findings are expected to be material for evaluation of the implementation of the interregional cooperation of the regions around Mount Wilis for future improvement of cooperation.

Kata Kunci: Ketaatan, Pengangkatan Anak Di wilayah Kabupaten Trenggalek pengangkatan anak termasuk dalam katagori terbesar kedua setelah kota Surabaya. kasus pengangkatan anak di Kabupaten Trenggalek ini tingginya melampaui dari Kabupaten lain yang ada di Jawa Timur meskipun secara geografis wilayah Kabupaten Trenggalek berada pada daerah pesisir. Located in East Java, Trenggalek has agricultural, plantation, and fishery products. Unfortu- nately, some of its villages are categorized as underdeveloped villages (Desa Tertinggal). Tegaren village was once a village with IDT (Inpres Desa Terting- gal) status, which then often received assistance from the government. Whereas Winong village, a neighbor of Tegaren village, is also included in a developing village. Tasikmadu village, especially Watulimo Subdistrict, coastal area, is categorized as a developed village, but there are still many poor people. The research that we have done is the development of the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) model by Christopher Dureau which focuses on asset utilization. To determine the development of the ABCD method, this study used a mixed approach (mix method) with interview in- struments, observation, and questionnaire distribution. This research will fo- cus on developing and empowering communities in underdeveloped villages of Trenggalek Regency by focusing on local food innovation. The conclusion from this paper includes some reflections on the extent to which the concept of local food innovations.

Abstrak Kecamatan Watulimo, Kabupaten Trenggalek merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi wisata bahari yang cukup besar, akan tetapi keberadaan daya tarik tersebut belum terkelola dengan baik. Permasalahan yang ada dikarenakan potensi-potensi yang terdapat di Kecamatan Watulimo belum terintegrasi dan tereksplorasi. Hal ini juga dikarenakan kurangnya aksesibilitas dan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan wisata yang kurang memadai.     INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC & TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH VOLUME 8, ISSUE 07, JULY 2019 ISSN 2277-8616 Post Launching "Southern Paradise" As A City Branding Of Trenggalek Regency: The Role Of Transaction Service Convenience As Mediation On Tourist Satisfaction Ika Barokah Suryaningsih, Sumani Abstract: The purpose of this study is to prove the TSC as a mediating variable between the influence of attraction, amenities, accessibilities to the satisfaction of the tourists after the launching of the ―Southern Paradise‖ as a city branding the regency of Trenggalek. The population in this research is all the tourists who visit the tourist area in the Sub district of Watulimo, Trenggalek and accidental sampling was used as sampling technique. This study used SEM, which is based on the evaluation of the relationship of interdependence between variables to be studied. The results show that four hypotheses are accepted, namely attraction, amenities affect the TSC travelers. Attraction and TSC tourists also influence tourist satisfaction. On the other hand, three hypothesis of the other is rejected, i.e. the accessibilities do not affect the TSC travelers, and amenities and accessibilities also does not affect the satisfaction of tourists. The results showed TSC in this study have a considerable effect on the formation of tourist satisfaction while visiting on a tourist area.
