Who Is CTQS?

The International Center for Training and Quality of Services (CTQS) is one of the leading companies for support and development of institutions, in the areas of training, capacity building, consultancy, establishing quality management systems, and qualification for accreditation, according to the most updated standards of excellence and global certification.

CTQS was established in 2009 as an academic center that recruits a selection of the most prominent experts specialized in providing technical and administrative support, necessary to empower the educational, and industrial institutions, as well as other service institutions to ensure effective implementation of management and operating systems to enable them to provide services of the highest quality, according to the integrated systems of Quality Management. CTQS is an ISO (9001/2008) Certified Center since 2010.

CTQS services focuses on the qualification of, through technical support, service institutitons and other productive institutions to improve the skills of theiremployees, to achieve accreditation according to local, regional and global standards. CTQS also collaborates with a number of international bodies to make benefit from their expertise in this area.

In addition, CTQS provides training programs for the development of human resources, and developing educational, health, industrial and service institutions, in order to enhance and upgrade their capabilities and to provide them with a competitive edge in their respective fields.

Internally, CTQS is operating and performing those managerial solutions through its Business units that are continuously leading the team towards the Company’s overall Vision and Mission.

The professional work is led by Dr. Samy Ezzat , the chairman of the board, and is run by or group of personnel who have special experiences in the field of Training and human resources development.

In cooperation with Alexandria University (Grant, Innovation and Technology Transfer Center) Funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Development Agency (GIZ) The project is funded by the European Union, the German Aid Agency (GIZ) through the Grant, Innovation and Technology Transfer Center at Alexandria University (GITTC) during the period from 11/10/2014 to 06/15/2015, where the project was implemented in the informal areas in the following governorate Giza (Warraq Al Arab, Gold Island) Cairo (Ain Shams, Ezbet El Nasr) This project aims to raise the awareness of young people in the targeted areas of the importance of work, as well as improving the personal and practical skills of young people to meet the needs of the industry to facilitate their entry into the labor market. The project also . aims to provide job opportunities for young people looking for work During this project, 740 young people of both sexes were trained, with a total of 40 training programs and a total of 172 training days, where the coordinators from CTQ Company (20 coordinators) fully coordinated training programs in terms of (booking training rooms and equipping them with appropriate training aids and recording programs photographically and recording Video and making the necessary arrangements for the break, as well as all the arrangements for trainers and preparing the training material, and the company, through the training coordinators, contacted the trainees in the aforementioned areas and determined the training schedules A daily follow-up and evaluation of the performance of all programs has been done, as well as a final evaluation and preparation of a report for each training program in addition to a final report for the project. In addition, all stages of the project were documented from its inception to completion.

Project to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship: (Empowering Innovation & Entrepreneurship For Development Projec) In cooperation with Alexandria University (Grant, Innovation and Technology Transfer Center) Funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Development Agency (GIZ): The project is funded by the European Union (GIZ) through the Grant, Innovation and Technology Transfer Center at Alexandria University (GITTC) during the period from 11/10/2014 to 3/23/2015, where the project was implemented in the informal areas in the following governorates : : Giza (Warraq Al Arab, Gold Island) Cairo (Ain Shams, Ezbet El Nasr)

This project aims to qualify young people and enable them to establish a small or micro enterprise and manage business units. During this project, 1248 youths of both sexes were trained, with a total of 63 training programs and a total of 252 training days, where the coordinators from CTQ (20 coordinators) fully coordinated the training programs in terms of (booking training rooms and equipping them with appropriate training aids and filming programs Photocopying, video recording, making the necessary arrangements for the break, as well as all the arrangements for trainers and preparing the training material. The company, through the training coordinators, contacted the trainees in the aforementioned areas and set the training schedules. A daily follow-up and evaluation of the performance of all programs has been done, as well as a final evaluation and preparation of a report for each training program in addition to a final report for the project. In addition, all stages of the project were documented from its inception to completion. 3 .Implementing the project "organizing training courses, workshops and meetings for technical education and vocational training institutions in Egypt" In cooperation with the TVET II Reform Support Program And funded by the European Union (EU) and the Egyptian government A project for organizing training courses, workshops and meetings for technical education and vocational training institutions in Egypt funded by the European Union (EU) and the Egyptian government (Ref.: TVET II / 04 / SER / EG) The number of trainees in this project ranges between 2300-2250 trainees in the field of capacity building and 750-720 trainees in information technology, so the total number of

trainees is 3050-2970 trainees. This project includes all components of the TVET II project, which include: Quality Assurance component Capacity Building component Curriculum Development component Dual Learning component

The training programs included: 1 .Preparing trainers of trainers (TOT) 2 .Preparing computer trainers 3 .Training of quality managers in technical education schools 4 .Modern management skills 5 .Active Learning Strategies 6 .Evaluation and follow-up of training 7 .Tasks and responsibilities of training coordinators in technical education schools 8 .Maintenance of knitting machines 9 .Curriculum development skills 10 .DACUM car technician. All training courses have been organized in all governorates of Egypt (27 governorates) and all logistical arrangements have been made to ensure that the training courses are fully implemented in accordance with the quality standards of training operations, and all publications have been made (Quality Manual Part One and Part Two, Trainer's Guide and Trainee's Guide) And clarification aids (banners - roll up - and ...... etc.) for all training programs.

4 .Implementation of the training of trainers project (TOT) for the Arab Council for Childhood and Development in Cairo (Towards a safe environment to protect the Arab child with disabilities from abuse) A workshop to prepare trainers (TOT) was held, organized and implemented with funding from the Arab Council for Childhood and Development in Cairo, where 130 trainees from 15 Arab countries were trained who deal with children with disabilities for a period of 21 training days. This project aims at preparing qualified trainers who are qualified to undertake the task of developing the knowledge and skills of workers in institutions for rehabilitation of children with disabilities in order to support them in carrying out their roles in protecting these children from abuse and abuse and spreading the culture of support for them.

The contents of the program included the following topics: Categories of children with disabilities, their characteristics, and their needs. •The causes, forms, and effects of abuse directed at children with disabilities.

•Policies and legislation to protect children with disabilities from abuse. •Integrated roles in protecting children with disabilities from abuse. •Educational inclusion and its relationship to protecting children with disabilities from abuse. • The uses of arts in rehabilitating children with disabilities and protecting them from abuse.

5 .Implementing the project to strengthen education as an engine for growth

“Education Enhancement as an Engine for Growth (EDG)” In cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport Funded by the German Development Agency (GIZ) 16 workshops were organized for 296 workers and employees who run assistive technology centers for people with disabilities, in addition to training youth with special needs (visual and hearing disabilities) in three governorates: Cairo (Al-Matareya area), Giza ( Dakrour area) and Qalyoubia al-Khaimah area). The training period was 220 training days. This project aims to provide technical support for the concept of sustainable professional development for workers and employees who run assistive technology centers for people with disabilities, as well as teachers in public education and technical education, which the Education Enhancement Project as an engine for growth establishes to raise their scientific competence and raise their practical levels. The project also targets mainly young people looking for work, graduates of schools and technical institutes, and young people who want to change their career path to develop their professional capabilities.

The project included the following training programs:

First: education based on competitiveness •The concept and essence of education based on competitiveness. •Methods for improving students' motivation to compete. •Learning strategies that support competitiveness. •The project-based education model - innovation as a determinant of competitiveness- based education. •Entrepreneurship as an entry point for preparing graduation projects based on innovation and creativity.

Second: Assistive technology services (disability) •The concept and essence of disability and mental disability. What is autism disorder and what are the concepts of hearing impairment. •Visual impairment, its classifications, and learning difficulties.

6 .Implementation of a capacity building project for faculty members, the assisting body, and the administrative apparatus of the National Planning Institute In cooperation with the National Planning Institute Funded by the African Development Bank (ADB) This project aims to provide trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to raise their efficiency and develop their professional skills in their field of work at the institute. The project includes the implementation of 25 training programs for about 625 participants from the faculty and administrative staff of the National Planning Institute in the fields of scientific research, teaching, leadership and management, training of trainers (TOT), English language skills, tenders and auctions, human resources management, legal contract writing skills. , Finance and budgeting. 7 .Implementation of a training project for graduates of technical education schools in Port Said on electric welding, argon welding, automation and PLC In cooperation with the Egyptian Good Foundation The funding is from Sanmar Petrochemical Company in Port Said This project was implemented for a period of three months. This project aims to provide trainees with the skills required in the labor market in order to prepare them for suitable jobs. 80 trainees have been trained in electric and argon welding, and 80 trainees in the field of automation and PLC. Specific criteria have been set for the selection of trainees, as well as the selection of training places to ensure the quality of training activities and outputs, by holding practical tests at the end of the training program to ensure that the trainees master the necessary skills and achieve the targeted return from training.
