CTQS's Company Profile Who Is CTQS? The International Center for Training and Quality of Services (CTQS) is one of the leading companies for support and development of institutions, in the areas of training, capacity building, consultancy, establishing quality management systems, and qualification for accreditation, according to the most updated standards of excellence and global certification. CTQS was established in 2009 as an academic center that recruits a selection of the most prominent experts specialized in providing technical and administrative support, necessary to empower the educational, and industrial institutions, as well as other service institutions to ensure effective implementation of management and operating systems to enable them to provide services of the highest quality, according to the integrated systems of Quality Management. CTQS is an ISO (9001/2008) Certified Center since 2010. CTQS services focuses on the qualification of, through technical support, service institutitons and other productive institutions to improve the skills of theiremployees, to achieve accreditation according to local, regional and global standards. CTQS also collaborates with a number of international bodies to make benefit from their expertise in this area. In addition, CTQS provides training programs for the development of human resources, and developing educational, health, industrial and service institutions, in order to enhance and upgrade their capabilities and to provide them with a competitive edge in their respective fields. CTQS's Quality Policy 2 CTQS has been assessed & awarded the ISO 9001:2008 for providing accredited training service in the field of education & quality, providing consultancy services in human resources management , financing management & Re-engineering from IQC international quality consultants. CTQS’s Objectives Our objective is to provide our clients with services which "Exceeds his Expectations" in order to retain the clients as permanent client by providing "Value Added" services to meet & exceed their needs. 3 CTQS services and key expertise includes: • Implementation of training, development and consultation projects for the educational, industrial public and private sectors. • Provision of technical, industrial, managerial, administrative, quality assurance, health, IT services • Organization of both local and international conferences, seminar, symposia and workshops. The professional work is led by Dr. Samy Ezzat , the chairman of the board, and is run by or group of personnel who have special experiences in the field of Training and human resources development. The centre has 2 training conditioned rooms, furnished with the latest apparatus and electronic networks. - Room No. 1, capacity for 30individuals - Room No. 2, capacity for 30 individuals The work inside the centre is run by the latest equipment & programs, via internal Communication network, which includes 13 modern computer sets.
