  • Covid-19 Edition 2020
The BLOWER COVID-19 EDITION 2020 Remember when we could do this without breaking the law? BATHURST LIGHT CAR CLUB 416 CONROD STRAIGHT MT PANORAMA PO BOX 444 BATHURST www.blcc.com.au FROM THE EDITOR Welcome to my fourty second and most unusual edition of the Blower, the Club magazine of the Bathurst Light Car Club. Please forgive my “tongue in cheek” cover this Edition I couldn’t help seeing the irony of the picture. We certainly live in a different world these days’, don’t we? I hope this publication helps to restore your faith in the fact that we will be back to pursue our passion for all things motorsport in the days or months ahead, we just have to be strong as a community to get over this thing. You President has provided details of what the Committee is up to in the meantime and you can read and see the results of the NSW Hill Climb events on the following pages. Tony Hanrahan has been busy around the grounds and provides an update on a number of members in action and Scotty Simms has provided a run down of the Gnoo Blas Motorshow. Bathurst Light Car Club thrives on competition, but we cannot conduct competitions unless our members contribute their time and their effort to help organise and run events. If you are a member and you have not put your hand up to help make your Club a success, is it time to give it a go? You might just change your life! Why not apply for a Motorsport Australia Officials Accreditation online while you are waiting to get back into action? I have included the annual calendar of events for members notation, however, there is no doubt that dates for a number of the events will need to be changed.
