Minimum guest number for exclusive use of the private upstairs is 16 and our absolute maximum capacity for a seated dinner is 36. A cocktail style event can cater for up to 40-45 maximum which utilises a mixture of furniture including tall bar tables & stools – a more casual style of function. If you wish to have exclusive use of the Private Dining Room and have less than 16 guests, a minimum spend & possible room hire charge will apply. A group of 16 guests or less can be accommodated in our main / bar either on the booth seating (dining table & seats with backs) or in our beer garden (tall bar tables & stools). Availability and peak periods pending. For group bookings of 16 or less, a package or pre-order is not necessary, you’re welcome to select from the on the day. For 16 guests or more a package is essential for efficiency in service. Catering Packages - Dinner

1. Small Plates + Individual Tacos, $40pp Select 5 different small plates + an individual taco each. Share plates will average 2 pieces of each per person + 1 x 6” soft shell taco per person. 2. Small Plates + Main shared between 2, $55pp Select 3 different Small Plates for entree + 2 Bigger Plates to be served alternate as mains. 3. Small Plates, main meal shared between 2 + individual , $65pp Select 3 different Small Plates for entree + 2 Bigger Plates to be served alternate as mains + 2 individual desserts to be served alternate. Catering Packages - lunch

1. Small Plates + Individual Lunch Main, $35pp Select 2 different Small Plates to be shared for entree + 2 lunch main to be served alternate. 2. Individual lunch main + individual , $35pp Select 2 main meals from the lunch menu, alternate serve + 2 desserts from the dinner menu, alternate serve. 3. Small Plate Luncheon + Individual tacos, $40pp Select 5 different small plates + an individual taco each. Eltons High (afternoon tea) $15pp for 1 x + 1 x sweet item per person & carafes of juices or soft to share $30pp 2 x savoury items, 2 x sweet items + finger sandwiches to share. Carafes of juices or soft drink Savoury items may be a house cooked quiche, tart or frittata + an example of a sweet item would be house made brownies, fudges or scones with jam + cream. Finger sandwiches are traditionally on fresh white bread - such as chicken, baby spinach + aioli. Once a package is selected we liaise between our chefs + the customer in nalising the menu selection as this is catered for outside of our lunch + dinner .

A selection of platters along one table for guests to help themselves, $20pp Grazing tables will consist of an assortment of cured meats, soft + hard cheeses, antipasto, tapenades + dips, assorted breads + crackers. The table will be set up prior to guest arrival for them to help themselves throughout the event. A grazing table is only available in conjunction with another package.

Beverages

On Consumption or Cash Bar A bar tab with a set limit can be organised for your event or guests pay as they order at the bar. Cash facilities available in the private dining room only. EFTPOS is available downstairs for bar tabs. If you select to have a bar tab, restrictions can be placed on the tab such as beer, wine + soft drink only.

Our minimum guest number for conferences + meetings is 8 with a maximum of 30. Maximum capacity is dependent on your requirements for room set up / table layout. No room hire fee applies when catering packages are included & minimum number of guests met. Room hire for day use $100.00 (availability & time pending). corporate Packages

Available for groups of up to 15. Pre-order for lunch taken at morning tea & served at your designated break time.

Tea & espresso coffee can be ordered on the day and paid on consumption – a tab can be arranged for beverages ordered outside of the package inclusions. Tea & Coffee facilities are downstairs and will be brought to the room in takeaway cups. Day use + corporate meetings must conclude by 5pm sharp for dinner bookings. Eltons opens from 12 noon Wednesday – Friday. An early start from 9am is available with coffee & tea on arrival, must be arranged in advance.
