This year we have introduced a new section “Novogireevo” – “Novokosino” on the Kalininskaya line”, that allows now quick, convenient and reliable mode of transport to be provided to almost 200,000 inhabitants of the district. Besides, the metro map shows the long-awaited station ”Alma-Atinskaya” on the Zamoskvoretskaya line and the station “Pyatnitskoye shosse” in the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Foreword from the head line. The future of Moscow transport system is unthinkable without development of the metro, which plays a key role in the city’s public transport of Moscow Metro system. The Moscow Metro management carries out all the changes planned and appointed by the Moscow Government by paying as much attention to the demand of Muscovites and guests of the capital as possible. By 2020, 67 new stations are planned to be constructed. At present, we prioritize the construction of the Exterior interchange circuit line with the phased commissioning of line sections, the extension of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line from station “Maryina roshcha” to the northern areas of the city by 2015. • Trade Levy to Be Introduced in Moscow Starting from July 2015
Tax Flash Report by PwC experts Trade levy to be introduced in Moscow starting from July 2015 November 2014 / Issue No. 38 In brief On 21 November 2014, a bill to introduce local trade levy passed on the third reading in the Russian State Duma [1]. The levy will be introduced in Russia's three federally designated cities (Moscow, St Petersburg and Sevastopol); in the City of Moscow it will be charged starting from 1 July 2015. The bill introduces a new chapter (Chapter 33 "Trade levy") in the "Local Taxes and Levies" section of the Russian Tax Code. The new Chapter 33 provides general guidance for assessing and paying this levy. The specific tax rates and exemptions are to be set by the local authorities. However, the amount of trade levy may not exceed the tax that would be payable under the patent taxation system for the relevant type of activity. The trade levy is not expected to increase the overall tax burden on taxpayers because the trade levy will be deducted from the income tax amounts (personal income tax or corporate income tax or tax paid under special regimes). In other words a taxpayer will pay the larger amount out of two. The tax burden may increase, however, for taxpayers with low or negative profitability (and low income tax amount) and large shopping venues. In detail Who will pay the trade levy and how? Sole proprietors who use the patent taxation The levy will be paid by companies and sole proprietors system and taxpayers using agricultural produce that are engaged in the following commercial taxation systems will be exempt from the local trade activities: levy.

NEW MOSCOW CITY DESIGNED FOR LIVING YEARS New Moscow CITY DESIGNED FOR LIVING 2017 / INTRODUCTION NEW MOSCOW — CITY DESIGNED FOR LIVING Probably the most ambitious project in Russia. It is the first time in the modern history of Russia when borders of two largest territorial entities of Russian Federation are changing so profoundly. Throughout its history, Russian capital hasn’t seen a project of its expansion more ambitious than New Moscow. The goverment puts the main accent on polycentrism, on creat- ing alternative centers for business, leisure and residence in order to leave present monocentricity and circularity, because of which millions of people from Moscow and its suburbs rush to the one and only historical city center every day.
