Il pattinatore di velocità italiano Mirko Giacomo Nenzi ha fatto una visita di cortesia al Media Centre del Sanbapolis dopo aver stabilito un nuovo record delle Universiadi. Nenzi ha scritto il suo nome nella storia di questo sport.

Italian speed skater Mirko Giacomo Nenzi paid a courtesy visit to the Media Centre at Sanbapolis after breaking the Universiade record and putting his name to the history book of his sport.

Dal bronzo all’oro: la 22enne cinese Shuang Li era arrivata terza in Turchia nel 2011 e oggi sul monte Bondone si è classifi cata prima nella gara di Halfpipie della Winter Universiade Trentino 2013. L’altro oro è andato in Spa- gna, a Ruben Verges. Sin dalle prove, la vittoria non è mai sembrata essere in discussione, né in campo femminile né in campo maschile. Shuang Li si è imposta con 91 punti (ne aveva ottenuti 94.5 nelle qualifi che) ed ha preceduto le connazionali Zhifeng Sun (terza dopo le qualifi che) con 80.25 e Xu Xiujuan (ventesima all’ultimo mondiale e seconda ieri) con 76.75. La giapponese Misa Honda ha mancato il podio per 1,25 punti (76.50). La prima delle europee è stata Carla Somaini (Svizzera), 65.50. L’italiana Greta Felder non era nemmeno riuscita ad accedere alla semifi nale. Tra i maschi, nonostante il peggioramento rispetto alla qualifi ca (88.75 punti oggi, 90 ieri), Ruben Verges, di Bar- cellona, ha preceduto Yi Hu (Cina) con 84.25, che ieri era quarto, e Rafael Imhof (Svizzera) con 76 punti.
