HUD0002/15CS 22 January 2015 THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 333 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE GOVERNOR’S DIRECTIONS FOR SOUTH AUSTRALIA TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE APPOINTED Pursuant to Section 4 of the Justices of the Peace Act 2005 TO ADMINISTER THE STATE EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND I, THE GOVERNOR in Executive Council, hereby appoint the Directions in Relation to the Emergency arising from the people listed as Justices of the Peace for South Australia for a Sampson Flat Bushfires period of ten years commencing from 22 January 2015 and expiring on 21 January 2025, it being a condition of appointment THE State Emergency Relief Fund (‘the Fund’) provides a that the Justices of the Peace must take the oaths required of a publicly accountable mechanism for the disbursement of donated Justice under the Oaths Act 1936 and return the oaths form to the funds following an emergency. The Fund is an administered item Justice of the Peace Services within 3 months of the date of under the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion. The appointment.
