Description – Epiregulin (ER) Epiregulin is a 5.4 kDa and member of the epidermal (EGF) family. Epiregulin binds to ErbB to regulate signaling in development, including the development of tumors. Epiregulin regulates inflammation, wound healing, tissue repair, and oocyte maturation through stimulus of angiogenesis, vascular remodeling, and cell proliferation.

Calibration Curve: Calibrator concentrations and Lower Limit of Quantification are depicted in the figure below. This standard curve is for demonstration purposes; end users should prepare a standard curve for each assay run.
