Assume you receive a properly prepared digital file; include appropriate RIP fees. Enter the total price for each quantity, regardless of format (1-up vs 2-up) you would use to run the job, and include cutting charges if applicable. Do not include other bindery operations. As an example, most firms producing 5,000, 8.5x11 flyers would run 2,500 sheets and then cut in half. -In clude this cutting fee (if any) in your quoted price. Standard retail pricing is that produced on your estimating program or listed on a pricing grid. We provide for “Aggressive” or “Discounted Pricing” practices at the end of this section. 7.
