Muddle Pineapple and Chilli in a boston glass then add other ingredients and shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with Pineapple wedge and chilli slice.

THE GRAPE WALDERS 8 Red Grapes 4 Raspberries 2 Lime Wedge 1 Tsp Vanilla Sugar 50 White wine 25ml Walders Creamy Liqueur 25ml Absolut Peach Dash Soda

Crush the first four ingredients in a glass and then fill 2/3 with crushed ice. Add all other ingredients and stir. Cap with crushed ice and garnish with grapes.

CHINESE RUM PUNCH 25ml Walders Creamy Liqueur 25ml Malibu 4 Basil Leaves 2 lychee (tinned) 3 Pineapple chunks 1 Lemon Squeeze Top Lemonade

Muddle basil, lychee and pineapple in Sling Glass. Fill 2/3 crushed ice then add all other ingredients and top with lemonade. No Garnish.

WALDERBERRY SMASH 30ml Walders Creamy Liqueur 10ml Framboise (raspberry) 10ml Creme de mure 4 Blackberries 4 Rasperries 1 tsp Sugar 2 Lemon Squeeze 75ml Cranberry Juice 50ml Apple Juice

Shake all ingedients in boston glass and single strain into filled with cubed ice. Garnish with berries.
