Marsh was drafted by the Royals in the Compensation B round of the 2019 draft out of Arizona State University. Marsh pitched two perfect innings in his pro debut on June 18 against Missoula The College Days: Marsh spent three seasons at Arizona State, where he won 12 games and made 29 starts. Marsh won nine games in 2019, which paced all Sun Devils. He was a Midseason 1st Team All American by Perfect Game, where at the time of the announcement he had a 0.94 ERA. Personal: Marsh was ranked as the 5th overall prospect in Wisconsin in high school. He was majoring in sports business at ASU. 2019 Coaching Staff 3 Manager - Omar Ramirez (2nd Season, 5th Overall) Omar Ramirez enters his 11th season in the Royals’ organization, his second as manager in Idaho Falls. He previously managed at Burlington (2017), Lexington (2015-16) and Idaho Falls (2012-14) and was the Chukars’ hitting coach in 2011, the same role he had at Burlington (R) in 2009 and Burlington (A) in 2010.
