Chad Addison: After being a 4-year starter at UC , Chad came back to at his alma mater where he is served as the Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for 8 years. Chad has been a Factory Regional Scout since 2009. He is currently the Athletic Director at Capo Valley High School in Southern .

Ryan Barba: Ryan played at the University of New before going on to play professionally in the and organizations. When his playing career concluded he coached at his Alma Mater UNM and he is currently a hitting coach in the organization.

Jason Bedrosian: After his playing career as a at Chico State, Jason became an assistant pitching coach for his alma mater and helped them to a DII National Championship in 1998. Jason went on to coach high school ball, first at Durham HS in Northern CA and then onto his current position where he is a teacher, Strength Coach, and JV Coach at Capistrano Valley High School.

Brian Betancourth: Brian currently serves as a hitting coach in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization. Prior to that, he was in the organization. He spent this past summer with their affiliate in Modesto. He played his college baseball at Mount San Jacinto Junior College in Southern California. After his collegiate career, Brian went on to play for the in the , an independent professional league on the West Coast.

Dave Burba: David is a former pitcher who played for the , , , , Rangers, and Milwaukee Brewers from 1990 to 2004. In his 15-year major league career, Burba's record was 115–87, with 1,398 , and a 4.49 ERA. Burba became pitching coach of the Tri-City Dust Devils for the 2011 season, the class-A team of the Colorado Rockies. Burba is now the pitching coach for the of the .

Jason Camilli: Jason is currently a hitting coach in the AZ Diamondbacks organization. He is a former 2nd round pick of the . He played for 10 seasons with the Expos, Diamondbacks, Rangers, and Angels while making it to the AAA level. He also coached in the organization before starting with the Diamondbacks.

Jon Chastine: Jon has been with the Factory since 2013. He helps with regional tryouts, player development events, and our Under Armour National Tournament Division. He played his college baseball at Cal Baptist University in Riverside, CA.

Jon Combs: Jonathan Combs has been an assistant coach with the Westmont Warriors since 2011. His primary responsibilities include working as outfield coach and first base coach. Combs started his baseball career as an assistant coach with a local junior college. A graduate of Santa Barbara High School, Combs played four years of collegiate baseball, wrapping up at San Francisco State. He holds a bachelor of arts from Antioch University.

Bryan Corey: Bryan was a professional baseball right-handed who played in Major League Baseball, Nippon Professional Baseball, the Korea Baseball Organization and the Chinese Professional Baseball League during his 20 year career. Originally selected by the in the 12th round of the 1993 Major League Baseball Draft, he was converted from a position player to a pitcher by the Tigers in 1995. Corey would make his Major League Baseball debut with the after being selected 63rd in the expansion draft. He is currently an advanced scout with the Cleveland Indians.

Brice Cutspec: Brice participated in multiple Baseball Factory events as a high school student. He was an early commitment to the University of Arizona and transferred to Azusa Pacific University during his freshman year. At APU, he holds career records for games played, hits, RBI, HR, as well as APU's single season HR mark, and the NAIA career HR record. After his college career, he signed with the San Francisco Giants and is currently a minor leaguer in the Giants organization.

Andre David: Andre is currently the Assistant Major League Hitting Coach for the , previously the Minor League Hitting Coordinator. He played his college ball at Cal State Fullerton and was drafted by the where he played in the Major Leagues for 2 seasons.

Dean Espy: Dean played his college baseball at South Mountain Community College and UCLA. While at SMCC, he carried a .331 batting average with 12 home runs. At UCLA he was primarily the team’s 1B and designated hitter. He was drafted in the 15th round in the 2011 MLB Amateur Draft by the Kansas City Royals. He is currently in the minor league system with the Kansas City Royals.

Damon Hollins: Damon is a former Major League Baseball . Hollins played with the Atlanta Braves (1998, 2004), (1998), and Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2005-2006). He also played professionally for the of Nippon Professional Baseball league. He is a current minor league instructor with the Kansas City Royals working with hitters and .

Don Jamerson: Don played his college ball at Cal State University Hayward. He was then drafted by the San Francisco Giants where he reached as far as AA. He then went on to coach at St. Mary’s for 5 years and won coach of the year in the W.C.C. Don also managed an 18U team that won 2 national championships. Don has been with the Factory since 2008. He assists at many PVP, player development, and showcase events. He is the Northwest Regional Director for the Factory.

Jarod Jamerson: Jarod was a previous Baseball Factory Pre-Season All American Tournament before going on to play his college ball at New Mexico Highlands College where he was a standout shortstop. He was invited to extended with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He played in the Frontier and Freedom Indy Leagues.

Jimmy Johnson: Jimmy brings over 40 years of professional baseball experience to the Baseball Factory. He managed professionally from – AAA with the Colorado Rockies. He was also the infield, hitting, and field coordinator for the Rockies. He is the current hitting coordinator with the Colorado Rockies and also does professional hitting and defensive lessons in the Phoenix area. He played professionally for seven seasons with the and has coached the Senior National Team in Prague.

Darryl Kennedy: Darryl Kennedy was selected by the in the 37th round of the 1991 amateur draft. He spent six seasons in their farm system, before ending his career in the San Francisco Giants organization, making it as far as AAA. Since then, Kennedy has managed in the minors in the Rangers system and was skipper of the Frisco Rough Riders of the Texas League in 2005 and 2006. He joined the Kansas City Royals organization in 2007. In 2008 He was named manager of the of the Carolina League, a High-A affiliate of the Royals. Spent 3 weeks as a coach for the Kansas City Royals in September 2011 after the rosters expanded.

Jack Lind: Jack is a former Big League 2nd basemen with the Milwaukee Brewers. After his playing career ended, Lind was an assistant coach at Arizona State University in 1981-1982 and a longtime minor league manager. He was a coach for the in 1988. Lind was the minor league field instructor in 1989 and minor league coordinator of instruction from 1990 to 1996. Moving to the big leagues, he was the Pirates' third base coach from 1997 to 2000 and a scout in 2001-2002. In 2006 he was manager of the Lexington Legends of the South Atlantic League.

Craig Minetto: Craig is a former Major League Pitcher with the where he played for legendary Manager Billy Martin. He spent several seasons in the big leagues. He played college ball at Delta College in Stockton, CA. He was drafted several times but didn't earn his Big League opportunity until he pitched professionally in Italy first. He is currently a scout with San Francisco Giants.

Javier Ochoa: Javy is currently the catching coach at Diamond Bar high school, in Diamond Bar CA, spent one year as the catching coach at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA. Prior to that spent 2 years at Chino High School as the catching/hitting instructor. Javy was also a participant at the Team One West Showcase in '05. He played collegiate baseball at Azusa Pacific University. He has been working with Baseball Factory since 2010.

Matt Richter: Matt has served as an instructor, scout and coach for Baseball Factory since 2002. He played his collegiate baseball at Westmont College and the University of Arizona. He went on to become an assistant coach at Westmont College. He currently works as the Director of Baseball Operations for Athletes in Action.

Kevin Riggs: Kevin is the current minor league hitting coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Prior to that, he was the AA manager at Tulsa in the Colorado Rockies organization. As a player, he was a minor league prospect with the Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers, Yankees, and the Cleveland Indians. During his minor league career, Kevin was selected to the All-Star Team four times, was among the top 10 Batting Leaders three times and was the Norwich Navigators M.V.P & Offensive Player of the Year in 1996. Kevin was also a standout college player at East Carolina University.

Nico Rosthenhausler: Nico played his college baseball at South Mountain Community College and State University. While at SMCC, he carried a .419 batting average, earning 1st Team All-ACCAC while also receiving the Rawlings Golden Glove Award. Nico was drafted in '09 by the Detroit Tigers but chose OSU instead where he was the starting left fielder. In the summer of 2010, Nico played for the Wareham Gatemen in the Cape Cod Baseball League starting 30 games with a .250 batting average. Nico is currently a coach at South Mountain Community College.

Daryl Scott: Darryl is currently the Pitching Coach for the Modesto Nuts, the Single-A Affiliate for the Colorado Rockies. He is a former Major League pitcher, reaching the big leagues in 1993 with the California Angels. He also pitched in the Rockies, Indians, Phillies and Diamondbacks organizations. Darryl played his college ball at Loyola Marymount University.

Matt Smith: Matt is a current area scout with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He oversees the 4 Corners, Las Vegas, El Paso, and Wyoming in addition to professional coverage as assigned. Prior to that, he was with the Arizona Diamondbacks from 2004 – 2013. Spent 4 years as Major League Support staff on the field and traveling with the team (charting, BP, game evaluations, etc), 2 of those seasons were spent as an Assistant Advance Scout helping to supply the ML staff with a game plan for upcoming opponents. The past few seasons have seen him scouting both amateurs as well as professional players for the draft and trades/free agency, respectively.

Mike Surina: Mike transferred from Chaffey CC where he was a pre-season all-American as a sophomore to . He was a two time all conference and one time all region catcher. Played Independent for the Cimarrones, Yuma Scorpions and the Ft Worth cats. Currently is assistant varsity hitting and catching coach at Ayala High School in Chino Hills, Ca and assistant coach in the Cape Cod summer collegiate league for the Chatham Anglers. Baseball Operations:

Hunter Brown: Hunter has been with the Factory since 2012. He has assisted with player development and scouted our Under Armour National Tournaments. He played his college baseball at Azusa Pacific University (Div II).

Justin Roswell: Justin joined the Baseball Factory in 2001 serving in the scouting, event coordination, and player development departments. In 2007, he became the Director for Team One Baseball, which is the showcase division of Baseball Factory. As Senior Director he heads up the player identification process for all Team One Regional Showcases. Justin also manages the day-to-day operations of Team One including the website. In addition to directing Team One Baseball, Justin also heads up the Under Armour Tournament Division.

Patrick Wuebben: Patrick Wuebben played his college baseball at Loyola Marymount University graduating in 1995. He went on to coach baseball at Loyola High School from 2003-2006 before starting with Baseball Factory in 2006.
