ENTRY PROCESS All entries shall be made electronically via the FINA General Management System (GMS) via the link https://data.fina.org. Access to the registration system should be via the logins previously supplied to your Federation. All federations affiliated to FINA are eligible to participate. Each federation may enter two competitors for each individual event and one team for each Synchro events. According to the FINA Rules D1.4, divers younger than 14 years old, on 31 December 2021, shall not be permitted to compete.

In addition to the sport entries per team as per FINA Rules, please note that National Federations are exceptionally allowed to register and bring two additional reserve athletes (without any sport entries). These two athletes can be of any gender.

JUDGES Any FINA Member Federation may nominate, at its own cost, one or two judges, whether or not it is entering divers. Only A-Judges from the FINA Diving Officials List 2020/2021 will be allowed to judge. Please refer to: (http://www.fina.org/content/fina-officials-lists) ➔ The complete name of the selected judge/s must be sent to [email protected] by April 15, 2021. Please make sure that all the information in the GMS profile is correct and up to date before sending the name/s. The officials will then officially be nominated in the GMS. Federations entering four divers or more are obliged to enter one judge. No judge may work as a coach during the World Cup but can hold other positions within the team.

Version April 15, 2021 ACCREDITATION Accreditation Card will be issued upon team’s arrival at the Hotel. Participating teams must update their participants profile in the FINA GMS.

TRANSPORTATION Official airport arrival and departure* the Tokyo International Airport (HND) Tokyo Narita International Airport(NRT) Ground transportation Transportation between Official airport and the official hotel will be provided for teams’ arrival and departure. Beside this, ground transportation from the hotel to the venue will be also provided. * Please make sure to enter the CORRECT travel information in the FINA GMS. The OC will organise the transportation according to the flight details entered in the system.

ROOM & BOARD PACKAGES All participating National FINA Member Federations are responsible for their own team’s accommodation and board expenses.

The official accommodation period will be as follows: Arrival: April 26 or 27, 2021 (check-in time 15:00) but no training before April, 28 Departure: May 7, 2021 (check-out time 11:00) *Please note that all extra charges are to be paid by all participating National FINA Member Federations.

VISA Japan Swimming Federation (JASF) will facilitate an entry visa to Tokyo, Japan for all participants of the Diving World Cup who have completed their registration in the FINA GMS by the registration deadline Please make sure that the visa fields are completed correctly in the GMS with the city and country where you will apply for the visa.

・ If a representative will be visiting embassy/consulate for collecting visa on behalf of other team members, this person needs to bring passports for all applicable team members. ・ DWC 2021 OC Travel Agency will contact your team when the visas are ready.

OFFICIAL TRAVEL AGENCY TOBU TOP TOURS is responsible for accommodation and transportation arrangements. You are required to register in the FINA GMS, to add your travel details and send the accommodation form to the mentioned address by TBD The travel agent will support issuing an invitation letter for the people who require a visa to enter Japan. MEDICAL SERVICES First-aid will be available at the Venue during training and competition days for divers. Lifeguards will be onsite at the competition venue to provide first aid during training and competition. A doctor will be onsite at the venue during training and competition times to provide medical treatment.

DOPING CONTROL Doping control tests will be conducted in accordance with the FINA Rules.

COVID-19

Global Safety App (see attached explications) All participants must install and use the health care app for 14 days before the arrival.

Testing Procedures ・A negative PCR tests no older than 72 hours before arrival is required. Costs related to this should be covered by the participant and/or their National Federation. ・ On arrival, PCR/Antigen test at the airport. ➢ In the case of a positive result in an individual, they will be quarantined as indicated by the local authority. Cost of Isolation after having a positive test upon arrival and/or in the middle of the Event of any member of the delegations should be covered by the respective federation. * Please refer to FINA Diving Competitions COVID-19 Guidelines –Mar2021 version // 7.6 - 3(f) ➢ If negative result, to be transported to accommodation hotel by shuttle bus run by the OC (Operation Committee). ・ LAMP Testing three days after arrival. Costs will be covered by the OC. ・ LAMP Testing shall be done periodically during the event. ・ LAMP Testing before departure (Costs will be covered by the OC) ➢ If positive result, this individual will be quarantined at special facility or hospital under the direction of the OC COVID-19 Officer. Cost of Isolation after having a positive test upon arrival and/or in the middle of the Event of any member of the delegations should be covered by the respective federation. * Please refer to FINA Diving Competitions COVID-19 Guidelines –Mar2021 version // 7.6 - 3(f) ・ If an event participant experiences COVID-19 symptoms, or feels otherwise ill with related symptoms, he/she must immediately inform their Team Leader (or team doctor, team staff). Team Leader or the identified person of authority must immediately inform the OC COVID-19 Officer.

Daily Medical Meeting A daily medical meeting will be organized with the OC COVID-19 Officer, the FINA COVID-19 Officer, the FINA Medical Delegate and a person per team designated as COVID-19 Medical Coordinator (CMC). The CMC is also in charge of the COVID-19 Logbook.
