The CAT (City Airport Train) operates every 20 minutes, from Vienna Airport to Wien Mitte (Vienna Middle) in 16 minutes driving time. Single Ticket: € 12,- From Wien Mitte you can take the Underground U3 or U4 as well as the train „Schnellbahn“. • If you are staying at Magda’s Hotel you can take the Schnellbahn (àdirection Floridsdorf) to Praterstern ( 1 stop) and then the bus 80A (àdirection Neu Marx) to Kurzbauergasse (2 stops). You will pass by the hotel in the bus. The bus 80A operates every 10 minutes. So if the weather is fine you might prefer to walk about 15 minutes from Praterstern to the hotel. Footwalk from Praterstern to Magdas Hotel, Laufbergergasse 12: • For one of the other hotels recommended, you can take the underground U3 (àdirection Ottakring) to Volkstheater (4 stops). From there you can take the underground U2 (à direction Seestadt) to Rathaus (one stop). Alternatively, you can take the underground U4 at Wien Mitte (à direction Hütteldorf) to Karlsplatz (two stops), and from there U2 (à direction Seestadt) to Rathaus. 1. The train Schnellbahn Nr. 7 (à direction Floridsdorf) operates every 30 minutes, from Vienna Airport to Wien Mitte or Praterstern in around 25 minutes driving time. Single ticket: € 4.10 (incl. immediate further transport by bus, tramway or underground) • If you are staying at Magda’s Hotel, get out at Praterstern, then take bus 80A (cf. above) or take 15 minutes’ walk. • If you are staying at one of the other hotels recommended, get out at Wien Mitte, then take underground U3 or U4, and subsequently U2 (cf. above) 2. The buses ‚Vienna Airport Lines‘, VAL, operate every 30 minutes, driving time 20 minutes (to Morzinplatz / Schwedenplatz), respectively 35 minutes (to Westbahnhof (Station West)). Single ticket: € 8,- • For Magda’s Hotel choose Bus VAL 2 to Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz, then take the underground U1 (à direction Leopoldau) to Praterstern (2 stops). Then choose to either taking the bus 80A (cf. above) or taking a walk. • For one of the other hotels recommended choose Bus VAL 1 to Wien Westbahnhof then proceed by underground U3 (à direction Seestadt) to Volkstheater (3 stops). Then take the underground U2 (à direction Seestadt) to Rathaus. (cf.above) To the venues: From your stay at the other hotels to Magda’s Hotel, Laufbergergasse 12, 1020 Vienna Magda’s Hotel can be reached via Praterstern and the Bus 80A. To get to Praterstern you can take the underground lines U1 or U2 or the Schnellbahn. Then take Bus 80 A (cf. above, also for map). Kunsthistorisches Museum, Maria-Theresien-Platz, 1010 Vienna We will go there together. The museum can be reached via the underground station U2 or U3 Volkstheater or the tramways 1 or D. Inigo Schönbrunn (dinner on Thursday 22 March in the evening), Schönbrunner Str. 295, 1120 Vienna Inigo Schönbrunn can be reached with the underground line U4. Get out either at the station Schönbrunn or Meidling Hauptstraße, and walk about 7 minutes to the residential home ‚Haus Schönbrunn‘. (Follow either the yellow or the turquoise line on the map, depending on the stop chosen) Footwalk from U4 Schönbrunn to Restaurant Inigo Salon Schönbrunn: VinziRast mittendrin, Währinger Str. 19, 1090 Vienna VinziRast mittendrin is quite close to the university of Vienna. You can reach this venue by using the underground line U2, station Schottentor – Universität, then take one of the following tramways: 37, 38, 40, 41 or 42 and get out at Schwarzspanier Straße (one stop). Die Prüfung zeigte, dass gegenüber den ausgeschriebenen Energiekabeln für die Energieversorgung der in der U1-Station Großfeldsiedlung, in den U2-Stationen Schot- tenring und Taborstraße, im Tunnel im Bereich der U2-Station Schottenring sowie in der U4-Station Schottenring installierten Brandrauchabsauganlagen Stromschienen zur Ausführung gelangten, wodurch Mehrkosten anfielen. Für die Verbindungsmodule und Anschlusselemente der Stromschienen der an diesen Örtlichkeiten installierten Brandrauchabsauganlagen fehlte der Nachweis, dass die brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen zur Gänze erfüllt sind. The VIC comprises several buildings, labelled A to M. Buildings A and B house the IAEA. Buildings D and E house UNOV, UNIDO, CTBTO and other UN entities. Buildings C and M are conference buildings, and buildings F and G house various general support services including the medical centre as well as the VIC restaurant.
