Für die erhaltene Unterstützung, vor allem aber für den gewährten Freiraum während der Erstellung der Arbeit, bedanke ich mich recht herzlich bei Herrn Prof. Dr. Peter Wagner. Vážení Priatelia
Na úvod... Viac ako inokedy nás zaskočí rýchlosť času v období príchodu nového roka. Zamyslíme sa, ale aj sa začudujeme nad tou rýchlosťou. Mnohokrát pociťujeme, že starý rok sme si vlastne ani nestačili poriadne vychutnať, užiť a potešiť sa. A už je preč. Potom znovu rýchlo začíname s programom na nový rok. Občas s obavou, že raz-dva prejde a my stihneme len časť toho, čo sme si naplánovali. No sem-tam sa pridá, že postojíme, niečo nás zaujme, možno sa nás dotkne. Uvedomíme si dôležitosť odkazu významných osobností, ktorých výročia si pripomíname a sme nútení zamyslieť sa nad významom a dôsledkami dejinných výročí, ktoré si pripomíname. Práve rok 2018 je mimoriadne bohatý na významné udalosti, ale aj na jubileá vzácnych osobností. Bolo by na škodu, keby sme niektoré „prepásli“, nepodieľali sa na ich oživení, alebo sa ich nezúčastnili. Lebo to je naša história, naše tradície. Veď to sme my, dediči predkov, ktorých sa tieto udalosti v rôznych situáciách a čase dotýkali a mnohí boli ich tvorcami. Patrí sa o nich vedieť, lebo všetky tieto udalosti a ľudia ovplyvnili aj našu súčasnosť a majú presah do budúcnosti. Tak aj v tomto roku sme pripravili Kalendár výročí a katalóg kul- túrno-spoločenských podujatí, v ktorom sú dopodrobna uvedené všetky celoštátne, ale aj regionálne výročia. Pomôže vám nielen zorientovať sa, ale aj nájsť si priority a témy vhodné pre vaše mesto alebo obec. Potom už záleží len na vás, ako sa rozhodnete, aké podujatie pripravíte. Dúfame, že sme vás touto publikáciou inšpirovali. Želáme veľa chuti a invencie. L 261/8 PL Dziennik U rzędowy U nii Europejskiej 22.7.2021 ROZPORZĄDZENIE WYKONAWCZE KOMISJI (UE) 2021/1205 z dnia 20 lipca 2021 r. zmieniające załącznik I do rozporządzenia wykonawczego (UE) 2021/605 ustanawiającego szczególne środki zwalczania afrykańskiego pomoru świń (Tekst mający znaczenie dla EOG) KOMISJA EUROPEJSKA, uwzględniając Traktat o funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej, uwzględniając rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/429 z dnia 9 marca 2016 r. w sprawie przenoś nych chorób zwierząt oraz zmieniające i uchylające niektóre akty w dziedzinie zdrowia zwierząt („Prawo o zdrowiu zwie rząt”) (1), w szczególności jego art. 71 ust. 3. a także mając na uwadze, co następuje: (1) Afrykański pomór świń jest zakaźną chorobą wirusową dotykającą świnie utrzymywane i dzikie i może mieć poważny wpływ na odnośną populację zwierząt i rentowność hodowli, powodując zakłócenia w przemieszczaniu przesyłek tych zwierząt i pozyskanych od nich lub z nich produktów w Unii oraz w wywozie do państw trzecich. (2) Rozporządzenie wykonawcze Komisji (UE) 2021/605 (2) zostało przyjęte w ramach rozporządzenia (UE) 2016/429 i ustanawia na czas określony środki szczególne w zakresie zwalczania chorób w odniesieniu do afrykańskiego pomoru świń, które mają być stosowane przez państwa członkowskie wymienione w załączniku I do tego rozporzą dzenia (zainteresowane państwa członkowskie) na obszarach objętych ograniczeniami I, II i III wymienionych w tym załączniku. (3) Obszary wymienione jako obszary objęte ograniczeniami I, II i III w załączniku I do rozporządzenia wykonawczego (UE) 2021/605 wyznaczono w oparciu o sytuację epidemiologiczną w zakresie afrykańskiego pomoru świń w Unii. Załącznik I do rozporządzenia wykonawczego (UE) 2021/605 został ostatnio zmieniony rozporządzeniem wykona wczym (UE) 2021/1141 (3) w następstwie zmian sytuacji epidemiologicznej w odniesieniu do tej choroby w Polsce i na Słowacji. -

This Regulation lays down rules on: (a) special disease control measures regarding African swine fever to be applied for a limited period of time by the Member States (1 ) which have restricted zones I, II or III listed in Annex I (the Member States concerned). These special disease control measures apply to kept and wild porcine animals and to products obtained from porcine animals in addition to the measures applicable in the protection, surveillance, further restricted and the infected zones established by the competent authority of the Member State concerned in accordance with Articles 21(1) and 63 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687. -

The thesis follows the approach of first identifying technical and economic potentials in general and then transferring them to the study region. For the quantitative determination of district heating potential in Lusatia, the status quo is determined and a GIS-based analysis is carried out with regard to minimum heat demand densities. The extent to which district heating is suitable for climate-neutral heat supply will be investigated using the potential of renewable and waste heat energy sources. Furthermore, the regional economic effects of developing these potentials are examined. The results show that despite an overall decline in heat demand, there is potential to increase the relative share of district heating in Lusatia.
