D’Arenberg Roussanne AUS € 36,50 Named after the first harvest in 2000 which was covered in money spiders. The wine is fermented at cool temperatures and has tropical notes in its aroma as well as mango and papaya in its strong flavour.

Santa Digna Viognier CL € 22,50 The Torres family knowledge and expertise was transferred from Spain to Chile. This viognier has an extremely refined taste in which grapefruit and roses merge into a silky smooth flavour.

‘O’ Carmenere bio CL € 19,50 In Colchagua the grapes enjoy a unique combination of cooling winds from both the Andes and the ocean. These conditions result in a ruby-red organic wine with cherries and fine herbs in its aroma.

Barbaresco IT € 39,50 This frivolous but sturdy wine is made from nebbiolo and is considered barolo’s kid brother. Goes well with earthy flavours like mushrooms and truffles.

Barolo IT € 39,50 A ruby-red barolo with mineral and flowery notes. The nose is complex and has ripe fruit, cinnamon and floral notes. The long-lasting finish includes tannins and dark fruit.

Muga Rioja Reserva ES € 39,50 A wine in which the temperamental tempranillo holds sway. Traditionally matured in oak barrels which lend the wine strength and finesse.

Amarone della Valpolicella IT € 56,50 Dark red colour with notes of amarena cherries and cocoa. Drying the grapes results in a wine with a pure, concentrated flavour.

Shotfire Ridge Shiraz AUS € 29,50 Shiraz and create the foundation for the Thorn Shotfire. Pepper and vanilla burst from the glass. The flavour includes notes of bacon and caramelised figs. The wine is well balanced and has a long-lasting finish.

5 Fincas ES € 35,50 A wine named after the five where the grapes are grown. A blend of six grape varieties of which predominates. Perfect with grilled dishes.

Ribera del Duero ES € 42,50 Matured in wood with hints of tutti-frutti, chocolate and figs. Its flavour is soft and creamy and pairs well with game and cheese.

Pura Fe Cabernet Sauvignon bio CL € 41,50 Lightly herbaceous (eucalyptus) both in its fragrance and flavour and with a prevailing elegance of fruit. Perfectly ripened tannins in the delicious finish.

D’Arenberg Shiraz Grenache AUS € 36,50 Mixes herbaceous and smoky notes with concentrated and dried fruit. Its ripened tannins make it a wonderful wine to combine with refined red meat dishes. Pinotage Barista ZA € 22,– The typical South African pinotage yields a dark red wine with expressions of coffee and chocolate. Interesting to continue drinking after the main course with a real wintery dessert or cheese board.

Norte Sur Tempranillo CS bio ES € 17,50 Wine produced by a biodynamic process in which nature is given free rein. The result is a rough wine with notes of red and black fruit, which pairs well with stews.

Pomerol Merlot FR € 71,50 Its fragrance includes black fruit and notes of coffee and vanilla. A refined and powerful flavour with a long-lasting finish. Delicious with red meat, game and hard cheeses.

Le Versant Merlot FR € 19,– Pleasant, well-rounded merlot from the Languedoc near Carcassonne. Excellent with fried, roasted or grilled red meat and with spicy mince dishes.

Barbera IT € 19,50 This wine from Piedmont has a slightly bitter aroma and notes of cherries and red currants in the nose and palate. A refined wine that can also be drunk lightly chilled.

Pablo y Walter Malbec AR € 20,50 A lovely flowery, clear and fruity malbec. The flavour contains minor notes of oak. Extremely tasty with chorizo or fried, juicy red meat.
