She is certain her. daughter is not acquainted with JACK RUBY and has not frequented or visited even occasionally any of the clubs operated by RUBY. • On January 3, 1964, Mrs. EMMA NORTHCUTT, 1517 North Haskell, advised one ANNE HAMILTON had moved from Apartment 7 on December 15, 1963, and had left no forwarding address. As a result of this sale, it was necessary for HEISER to contact RUBY on a frequent regular basis to collect payments for the cash register.
