When you dial the hot line, please make sure you are not far from your computer, have this guide and your registration card with you. Please, have the brand and technical specification of your computer and printer at hand. When you dial the hot line, you will be connected with a technical spe- cialist. Be ready to give the name of your company, your software version number (it can be found on the software distribution CD and on your regis- tration card) and, if needed, other registration information. The information that you provide will be verified against the registration form that you sent out. The technical support specialist will try to reproduce your situation on their computer, if needed. They may provide a solution immediately or may have to consult software developers. When calling, you do not need to ask for any specific expert as we cover the entire staff. Their visit is part of a Maine Development Foundation bus tour highlighting important elements of Maine's economy and culture. The group includes senators and House members from all over Maine. It will arrive at UMaine's Student Innovation Center at 3:10 p.m.. UMaine President Robert Kennedy will greet the lawmakers, who will break into four smaller groups for specific facility tours related to UMaine's economic development and research capacity. Tours will begin at 3:35 p.m, continuing until 5 p.m.
