Telefilm MicroBudget Production Program AFCOOP is pleased to announce our recommendation for the Telefilm MicroBudget Production Program this year goes to writer/director Iain MacLeod and producer Sean Doyle for their project, "Neighbourhood Safety Patrol." Their project will be sent to the national shortlist to compete for production funding with projects from across the country. The results of that competition will be released mid-March. Neighbourhood Safety Patrol When an incompetent Neighbourhood Watch-type group tries to catch a burglar on video, slightly crazed group member Lance convinces the others to pursue a suspect who, unbeknownst to the rest of the group, stole Lance’s girlfriend from him. Funny thing is, despite his motives, Lance might be right.
