Call it an embarrassment of Lot 1120 (#WP0ZZZ95ZH5900015) riches, if you like, but if you are seeking a 356, 911, 959, Carrera GT or one of the Estimate $1.6–1.9M uncommon race cars, this may be your year. Between Bonhams, Rick Cole, Gooding & Komfort model, guards red/grey, reportedly Company, Mecum Auctions, RM Auctions, and Russo and Steele, there are 163 Porsches 628 miles offered for sale over a four-day period. In some cases, this abundance constitutes ten percent of their entire catalog. Mecum, for example is offering a staggering 63 Porsches Gooding & Company: Pebble out of their 600 cars for Monterey. Rick Cole lists five Porsches among his 43 offerings.
