You can reach Baden-Baden Station via ICE high-speed trains. It is the closest station to the airport at a 13 km (8 mi) distance. There is a bus that connects the station to the airport.

Other train stations with bus links to the airport include (14 km or 9 mi) and Karlsruhe (44 km or 27 mi).

Regional Trains

There are no metros or S-bahns stopping directly at this airport yet. Again, Baden-Baden or Rastatt are the closest. For the rest go by bus (below).

Buses

Buses run from most of the nearby train stations to Baden-Airpark. There are also long-distance buses to Strasbourg, and Frankfurt-Hahn Airport.

Car / Taxi

Getting to the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport by car is easy. Simply get on the Autobahn A5 direction or Karlsruhe, and get off at exit #51, Baden-Baden, and follow the signs to Baden- Airpark.

If you’re equipped with a navigation system, enter Rheinmünster for the city and Halifax Avenue for the street and you’re ready to fly!

Shopping

There are several shops here for your traveling and souvenir needs. The Travel Value Shop offers sunglasses, cosmetics, watches, sweets and perfumes. You can also purchase duty-free alcohol and tobacco if you are traveling outside the EU.
