BARNSLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL The Metropolitan Borough of Barnsley (Off-street Parking Places) (Barnsley) (No. 1) Order 1988 Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council propose to make the above-named Order under sections 35 and 124 of, and Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to revoke and reproduce with amendments the provisions of the existing Off-street Parking Places Orders relating to car parks in, and in the vicinity of, Barnsley town centre. The classes of vehicles for which the parking places will be available, the charging hours and the scale of charges to be applied, will be as stated in the First Schedule hereto. The charges for season tickets will be as stated in the Second Schedule hereto.
