    REGOLAMENTO CONCORSO FOTOGRAFICO ASSOCIAZIONE MARINA ROMOLI ONLUS “PRATICATE SPORT IN SICUREZZA” Tema del concorso: Lo sport come parte di uno stile di vita sicuro e responsabile Galliavola, 18/08/2016 Alla cortese attenzione dei Presidi e degli alunni delle scuole medie inferiori dei Plessi scolastici dei Distretti di Mede e Garlasco Oggetto: Trasmissione Regolamento Concorso Fotografico Associazione Marina Romoli Onlus “Praticate Sport in Sicurezza” 1. CHI SIAMO L’ Associazione Marina Romoli Onlus (MRO) nasce nel 2011 in seguito all’incidente stradale che nel 2010 ha stravolto la vita della promettente ciclista Marina Romoli rendendola paralizzata dal petto in giù. Gli scopi di questa associazione sono di promuovere e finanziare la ricerca scientifica volta a trovare una cura per la paralisi causata da lesioni croniche del midollo spinale e di aiutare economicamente giovani atleti che si trovino in condizioni fortemente invalidanti a causa di incidenti stradali o gravi infortuni intervenuti durante lo svolgimento dell’attività sportiva, con particolare riguardo verso atleti rimasti paralizzati a causa di lesioni al midollo spinale. L’associazione si pone inoltre come ulteriore scopo, la promozione di eventi finalizzati alla sensibilizzazione verso le tematiche della sicurezza con particolare riferimento alle regole a cui attenersi nello svolgimento delle competizioni sportive sia negli impianti che ospitano le manifestazioni, sia sulla strada nel rispetto dell’art. 9 del Codice della Strada. Per raggiungere i propri obiettivi la Marina Romoli Onlus partecipa e/o contribuisce ad organizzare eventi a scopo benefico annoverando tra i suoi testimonial grandi campioni dello sport, in particolare del ciclismo e del motociclismo. As I emerged from the helicopter, it was almost as if I heard the echo of the bells of all the churches in the Diocese pealing joyfully as they offered me a unanimous greeting. I am grateful to you for this gesture of affection. My first meeting was with the school children and those who belong to sports associations, who had come to welcome me at the municipal stadium. Then along the way, I saw multitudes of people. Thank you to each and every one. I wanted to begin my Pastoral Pilgrimage in Italy here in Vigevano, the only Lombard Diocese that my Predecessor John Paul II did not visit. Thus, it is as though I were starting out afresh on the path he trod to continue proclaiming to the men and women of beloved Italy the announcement, old and ever new, which rings out with special clarity in this Easter Season: Christ is risen! Christ is alive! Christ is with us today and for ever! I greet the Mayor of this City whom I thank for his courteous words of welcome on behalf of the civic community. Pellegrini et al., The Geomorphosites in Lombardy. (IT ISSN 0394-3356, 2005). Lombardy is a region of Northern Italy with a territory whose structure includes, from the physical-geographical point of view, a very important portion of the Alps and the adjacent Po plain with a little part of the Northern Apennines. This situation is due to the complexity of the landscape with its great diversity of historical and human aspects, frequently studied and described, but also the same physical elements which are, owing to their interest, worthy of conservation as part of the cultural heritage. As in many other Italian regions and provinces, also in Lombardy the exigence of describing and making available sites and peculiari- ties of the landscape arose, together with the suggestion of specific naturalistic tours, by means of relative guidebooks, monographs and so on. The Authors of the present work (as a part of the national research programme on ‘Geosites and Italian Landscape’) made a census of geomorphosites in Lombardy in order to their improvement, conservation and availability, both on the tourist and the scientific level. From the operating point of view, because of the high heterogeneity of the Lombard physical landscapes, it has been necessary to dif- ferentiate three main areas: Alps, Po plain and Apennines.
