As expected, with 219,000 sqm (including owner-occupiers), the take-up result was signifi- cantly below the previous year's level (-22%) and the five- year average (-13%). Thanks to two large deals of over 10,000 sqm, almost half of the annual take-up volume was generated in the third quarter.
