Public Transportation Take the 6 train uptown to (50 minutes from Grand Central Station). At Pelham Bay Park, transfer to the Bx29 bus for City Island. Get off at Ditmars Street. Walk one block west on Ditmars and one block north on Hunter Avenue.

Boat HYC is in the northeast corner of Eastchester Bay. Approaches to the club can be found on NOAA chart 12366 or at Marine.GeoGarage. Longitude: 73° 47' 24'' W Latitude: 40° 51' 00'' N. From NY Habor: Follow the to the Throgs Neck Bridge. After clearing the bridge, with R "48" to port, head north to the Harlem Yacht Club (the tall radio tower on High Island is approximately in range with the clubhouse). Keep Big Tom (R "2" and R "4") to starboard, and Cuban Ledge to port. When you reach can G "7", contact the HYC launch on VHF 72.

Car I-95 N to exit 8B (City Island / ) onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road N about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto City Island Road after Bridge. City Island Road 1/2 mile E to a traffic circle. Take the second right from the circle (continuing on City Island Road). After City Island Bridge, bear right onto City Island Avenue, to the second traffic light (Sunoco station). Turn right onto Ditmars Street and right again onto Hunter Avenue. The Harlem Yacht Club is at the end of the street on the left.
