Guy Arnold Best known for 22 years with the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions, Abbie became involved in this work after coordinating the Freshwater Wetlands Campaign, whose work resulted in the passage of New Jersey’s landmark Freshwater Protection Act in 1987. -
