CHOSEN BY THE WORLD GOVERNING BODY In 1994 Lynx System Developers began providing photo-finish and timing services to international Short Track Speed Skating events under the direction of the International Skating Union. Since that time, more ISU races have been captured with FinishLynx timing systems than with any other technology in the world.

The color EtherLynx Vision camera provided with the Bronze package can capture up to 1,000 images per second and is equipped with EasyAlign and a remote control lens for rapid alignment precisely on the finish line.
The zoom lens and mounting hardware provided with the Bronze package makes camera installation easy, even in challenging situations where cameras must be mounted on rink boards or up in the venue's rafters.
SOPHISTICATED SHORT TRACK SOLUTION EVERYTHING YOU NEED The Gold Short Track package is suitable for the highest level international events. It contains two of the most powerful cameras in the EtherLynx range: an EtherLynx Vision PRO as the primary camera and EtherLynx Vision with built-in wireless connectivity as the reverse-angle/backup camera.
Phased Light Compensation is included with both cameras in the Gold package. The PLC enhancement digitally compensates for stroboscopic variations in indoor florescent lighting and ensures high quality images despite challenging conditions.

With a recent margin of victory in an AMA US Grand Prix of 0.0008 second, the ability of the EtherLynx Vision PRO camera to capture 20,000 images per second is invaluable to ensuring accurate results. At 200 mph, each frame represents less than 1cm of distance traveled.

With horse racing, these require- ments are further heightened by the need to provide immediate and accurate data for the betting industry.
