The country, and indeed the world, has experienced a year like no other, a year full of change and challenges in the workplace, in education and personal lives. The start to 2020 saw devastating fires across Victoria and other parts of the country, which impacted many, but volunteerism shone through with so many giving up their time to fight the fires and support the communities at loss.
