BENALLA Lions Club members have sold many raffle tickets for the annual Grocery Grab. On Saturday morning the draw was held at the Benalla Woolworths supermarket. The winning ticket was drawn by the Store Manager Daniel Pullen. The winner was Graham Watt. Once again, Benalla Lions Club ran the annual Antique Fair on 8th & 9th October 2016. RUTHERGLEN Rutherglen Community raised Funds to purchase a second “Wild Fire Tanker” to help protect the community during the bush fire season. This would allow one truck can go away and still leave one truck in the community. An Australian Lions Foundation ‘dollar for dollar’ Grant was applied for to raise the amount required to purchase the tanker.

Now, with the renovations finished, the Turban Angels have set up their equipment and supplies around the room and in cupboards.
