The Environmental and Social Impact Assessment has been carried out according to the Environmental Management and Coordination (Amendments) Act, 2015 and Environmental (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2003; Rev. 2018. In undertaking this task, we endeavoured to comply with the legal requirements, institutional frameworks and international best guidelines.
