Dec 4 2011 Peter Coad and the Coad Sisters President’s Report Hi Everyone Well haven’t we had some fantastic shows so far and there’s more to come yet. Lorraine has done a great job of putting the shows together. Don’t forget that in August we have our A.G.M. so have a big think about being on the committee. Any position can be challenged. About our table clothes please don’t damage them. They are not cheap, so having to keep buying new ones takes away money for other things that you benefit from. Also please, please please help us out by cleaning up any mess on your table before you go home and dispose of it in a bin. Please also take your glasses and bottles to the bar, that way you all help us that stay behind and clean up to leave and get home sooner. We’ve had a lot of donations lately for our raffle, which is fantastic and very much appreciated. Thank you so much. Don’t forget we have a box for you to put any suggestions on paper into. Remember to put your membership number on your suggestions. No number means we won’t even consider your idea. If you would rather speak to somebody about your idea please feel free to approach one of our committee on our show days. We’re always ready to hear new ideas. We believe we have a fantastic club and we want to keep it that way. Well Bye for now. Thank God for Country Music, Di Smith (Pres) There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.
