Family Worker Training + Development Programmer’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was developed as an act of best intention and commitment to the process of reconciliation. It aims to identify and address specific practices and procedures where FWT+DP can improve in the areas of recognition, respect and access to service provision for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family support workers.
