REGLAMENTO DEL CAMPEONATO ÚNICO DE PRIMERA “D" DE FUTSAL 2021 Por Boletín Especial 5959 se publica el Reglamento del Campeonato de Primera “D" de Futsal 2021. REGLAMENTO GENERAL - APENDICES: ASUNTOS ARBITRALES - ARBITROS ASISTENTES DE VIDEO Atento la próxima implementación del VAR en las competiciones organizadas por la Asociación del Fútbol Argentino, a continuación se transcribe el texto del nuevo Apéndice que se incorpora al Reglamento General de la AFA: Art. 1º.- Son funciones de la Dirección Nacional de Arbitraje: 1. Además de los árbitros, árbitros asistentes y cuartos árbitros, la Dirección Nacional de Arbitraje nombrará para todos los partidos de la competición donde se implemente el sistema VAR a los árbitros con las funciones del Equipo VAR. 2. De conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes de las Reglas de Juego en vigor promulgadas por el International Football Association Board, los árbitros asistentes de vídeo (VAR) podrán ayudar al árbitro en sus decisiones mediante el uso de repeticiones de imágenes según protocolo establecido para el uso de la herramienta, dejando totalmente en claro que la decisión final que se tome después de una revisión es potestad absoluta del Árbitro/a de campo, tal como viene sucediendo en encuentros sin asistencia de video. 3. Las designaciones y decisiones realizadas por la Dirección Nacional de Arbitraje son firmes, vinculantes e inapelables. 4. El Departamento de Arbitros se encargará de los arreglos necesarios para que el equipo arbitral llegue a la sede del partido con la debida antelación a la fecha y hora fijada para el partido. Art. 2º.- Los clubes (sus directivos, funcionarios, cuerpos técnicos, auxiliares y jugadores): 1. aceptan sin reservas, por el sólo hecho de participar en las competiciones en las cuales se lo implemente, el uso de VAR en la competencia y renuncian incondicional e irrevocablemente a todos y cada uno de los derechos e intereses que pudieran tener en relación con o como resulta del uso del VAR en la competencia. 2. Se comprometen a no presentar ninguna reclamación bajo ningún título en relación con o como resultado del uso del VAR en la competencia, ni contra la AFA ni sus distintos Cuerpos o sus directores, funcionarios, empleados, agentes y contratistas; ni contra el club contrario en cualquier partido en contexto con las competencias referidas, ni a sus funcionarios, empleados o (Continuación Boletín N° 5955) 05.08.2021 Hoja N° 2 auxiliares del club; ni contra terceros directa o indirectamente involucrados en la fabricación, uso o supervisión del sistema VAR. Ciudad de Buenos Aires. 4to. trimestre de 2020 Informe de resultados 1538 Marzo de 2021 Resumen ejecutivo En el cuarto trimestre de 2020 se registró un descenso en el precio del m2 de departamentos en venta en los seis segmentos estudiados, con mayor fuerza en las unidades de 1 ambiente. La dinámica conjunta en el valor del m2 arrojó una retracción promedio del 6,8%, profundizando la baja iniciada en 2019 y consolidada para todos los segmentos desde el primer trimestre de 2020. El precio del m2 para los departamentos de 1 ambiente a estrenar fue de USD 2.905, valor que se redujo un 8,1% respecto del mismo período de 2019; mientras que las unidades usadas alcanzaron un precio del m2 de USD 2.714 con una caída del 8,5%, la más importante del trimestre. Los departamentos de 2 ambientes arrojaron un valor del m2 de USD 3.004 a estrenar y USD 2.593 los usados, ambos con descensos de precio (-7,2% en el primer caso y -5,7%, en el segundo). A su vez, el precio promedio del m2 de las unidades de 3 ambientes se ubicó en USD 3.071 para el conjunto a estrenar y USD 2.503 para el usado; en cuanto a la trayectoria interanual, las correspondientes variaciones se ubicaron en -6,3% y -5,3%, respectivamente. El contexto de descenso generalizado de precios se completa con una recuperación del stock de publicaciones respecto del trimestre anterior acercándose al volumen de departamentos disponibles en el último registro previo al inicio de la pandemia.
