Il s’agit d’un cursus en en 3 ans fondé sur un principe de spécialisation progressive et un enseignement en petits groupes, créé en partenariat avec le Lycée Henri-IV. According to the well-known concept of the America Cup, challengers from North America, Asia and Europe will come to compete against the best wine clubs of universities, leading business schools and higher education establishments in France. Chaired by Baron Eric de Rothschild, owner of Château Lafite-Rothschild, this unique Wine Tasting Competition, organised by the Commanderie du Bontemps, first came into existence in 2002. The aim of this contest is to enable the future elite of our country to come into closer contact with Great Growth wines of Bordeaux’s left bank. Many French leading business schools, higher education establishments and universities have taken part in this event since the time it was initially launched: Ecole Centrale de Paris, Dauphine University, Ecole Normale Supérieure, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, ESSEC, HEC, Sciences-Po, Polytechnique, Ecole des Mines de Paris...     L E S G R A N D E S E C O L E S E T L’I N T E R N A T I O N A L Juin 2005 AVANT-PROPOS Ce document s’appuie sur les résultats de deux enquêtes menées par la Conférence des Grandes Ecoles auprès de ses membres : 1) Les étudiants étrangers présents dans les Grandes Ecoles pendant l’année 2003-2004 ; c'est la 4 ème mise à jour de cette enquête, qui présente : • les étudiants en formation initiale qui vont obtenir un diplôme de Grande Ecole française; • les étudiants en formation initiale non diplômante : la quasi-totalité de ces étudiants viennent pour des séjours d'études qui seront validés, soit sous forme de crédits ECTS, soit par validation par leur université d'origine. De cette enquête générale ont été extraites les données suivantes : • les étudiants en formation de 3 ème cycle : cette enquête ayant été réalisée pendant la période transitoire de mise en œuvre transition de la réforme L-M-D, certains termes font encore référence à l’ancien système. Sont concernées dans cette catégorie : les formations suivies après ou en parallèle avec le diplôme de formation initiale des Grandes Ecoles, à savoir : le Diplôme d'études approfondies : qui est progressivement remplacé par le Master Recherche le Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées : qui est progressivement remplacé par le Master professionnel le Doctorat le MS = Mastère spécialisé le MSc = Master of Science le MBA = Master of Business Administration • les étudiants qui viennent dans le cadre d'un double diplôme. 2) Les étudiants français à l’étranger à savoir : • les étudiants de Grandes Ecoles en séjours d'études dans des universités étrangères • les étudiants de Grandes Ecoles en stages dans des entreprises étrangères.
