It has been for decades till nowadays that bank premises were suggested as plain, functional and - so called - “minimal”; making us feel bank is such a drabbed prosaic place to visit indeed. On the other hand, it is undeniable that we live in modern era, where such lucrative life style is amongst; but we also wanted to get away from this bank typology and to do away from the idea that bank premise is merely desk to deal with cash notes. It must be formal but yet, to have a modern “batik” type of feel is something new to explore. We wanted as One goes further, there'll be many combination of colors and margins. Working with GGS surely is not the rst time for us as of this one is considered as unique project involving many local Craftsmen, GGS and sf-Architects to indulge with many details. Hence, the GGS Team members although gave a frown at rst questioning many style of objects, but they did ran to nish line. HAVAS WORLDWIDE INDONESIA Havas (www.havas.com) is a Multinational Marketing, Communication and Media agency. Our mission is to be the world’s best company at creating meaningful connections between people and brands using creativity, media and innovation. Our unique strategy brings together all dierent Havas companies together in one “Havas Village”, an Open oce where many dierent experts work together to deliver integrated solutions to our clients. Our new oce in Menara Sentraya is the “Havas Village” of Indonesia and worldwide there are now 50 Villages. I joined Havas at the end of 2014 and one of my rst objectives was to bring all Havas companies together under one roof. Finding one oce and developing an oce design that could work for all the dierent companies was a challenge: dierent cultures, budgets and expectations had to be aligned. Because of the complex nature of the job, with all dierent parties involved, we decided to appoint a Project Manager who coordinated the bidding for the oce interior. We had a very competitive pool of contenders with dierent backgrounds. GGS made a stable, experienced impression and seemed to understand our specic issues. Maybe our business of advertising is a bit comparable to the GGS business where we blend Creativity, Project Management & Calculations in one nal product. Matt Wiggers CEO Client’s Comment 13 IMAGE Magazine #3 From a lot of help with the design ideas, the lay out, the preparation of the premises to fixing the curtains, finishing the White Boards, GGS executed the whole project. We have a lot of items that are “Standard GGS” products, but also quite some Tailor Made furniture and lay out solutions that where developed just for us. 17 IMAGE Magazine #3 GGS’ strength is in Experience, In House Production, Client Understanding and Value for Money. GGS had a very competitive bid, some great standard solutions that helped bringing costs down and very good Client understanding and ability to help find solutions. One more thing, the timeline was not favorable as some of our companies already had to leave their old premises within 2 months after the project was awarded: GGS helped to find a solution.
