Delphi round April ‘07 Assessing the ‘state of art’, Future visions, Gathering new material (open questions) 2. The administrative changes have generated new practices at different levels of administrative branches. • Ideas were gathered of how the administrative boarders might change and what might be the outcomes. Visions..cont • A Pilot University The establishment of a Pilot University combining all higher level institutions (already existing in the region) as one. This Pilot university offers interdisciplinary main subjects that are not limited to faculty boundaries of present day. It serves as a pilot and testing university for new teaching solutions… ………………………….
