Hillel Happenings Daniel Ben-Chitrit — Religious and Cultural VP We at Hillel have been able to put on many exciting events over the course of this semester. A new thing we tried to achieve was more involvement from different student organizations, especially fraternities. There are four key events that occurred throughout this semester. The first was a hamentashen making event with the Alpha Chi Rho (Crows) fraternity, the second was a Shabbat dinner cohosted by the Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) fraternity, the third was a challah baking event with the Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi), and finally we finished off the year with a Hillel and Muslim Student Association (MSA) joint end of the year barbeque. There were great turnouts at every event and we look forward to continuing to foster relationships with other student associations located on campus.
