Announcement on Relocation of Head Office and Change of Registered Address of the Bank

ANNOUNCEMENT ON RELOCATION OF HEAD OFFICE AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED ADDRESS OF THE BANK References are made to the circular (the “Circular”) dated April 29, 2020 and poll results of AGM and Class Meetings held on May 20, 2020 of Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (the “Bank”) in relation to relocation of offices of the Bank. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise specified. Due to the needs of business development, the head office of the Bank is expected to be relocated from No. 149, South Zhonghua Road, Nanming District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC to Bank of Guizhou Building, Building No. 2, Business Area, Guizhou Finance City Phase I, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC (No. 9, Yongchang Road, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province) soon; afterwards, the registered address of the Bank will be changed from No. 41, Middle Ruijin Road, Yunyan District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC to No. 9, Yongchang Road, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC as well. The website, telephone, fax, email and other contact methods of the Bank remain unchanged. The Bank will make further announcements after the completion of the relocation of head office and the registration for change of registered address with relevant regulatory authorities. Rosen Received: 17 May 2016; Accepted: 24 August 2016; Published: 29 August 2016 Abstract: A scientific definition of the type of mountain area and an exploration of the spatial correlation between different types of mountain areas and regional land use at the county level are important for reasonable land resource utilization and regional sustainable development. Here, a geographic information system was used to analyze digital elevation model data and to define the extent of mountainous land and types of mountain areas in Guizhou province. Exploratory spatial data analysis was used to study the spatial coupling relation between the type of mountain area and land use degree in Guizhou province at the county level. The results were as follows: (1) Guizhou province has a high proportion of mountainous land, with a ratio of mountainous land to non-mountainous land of 88:11. The county-level administrative units in Guizhou province were exclusively mountainous, consisting of eight semi mountainous counties, nine quasi mountainous counties, 35 apparently mountainous counties, 13 type I completely mountainous counties, and 23 type II completely mountainous counties; (2) The land use degree at the county level in Guizhou province have remarkable spatial differentiation characteristics.

The spatial distribution evolution characteristics and inﬂuencing factors of A-level scenic spots in Guizhou Province from 2005 to 2019 were measured using spatial data analysis methods, trend analysis methods, and geographical detector methods. The results elaborated that the number of A-level scenic spots in all counties of Guizhou Province increased, while in the south it developed slowly. Guizhou province, one of the poorest provinces in China, has attracted the state's close attention. The work selected such data of GDP, per-capita GDP, and industrial structure from Guizhou Statistical Yearbook and Guiyang Statistical Yearbook from 1995 to 2019. Then the spatiotemporal characteristics of county region economy were studied using several methods including spatial autocorrelation (Moran's I), and standard deviation coefficients based on GIS. The results showed that Guiyang and Zunyi were the centers of economic growth in Guizhou. There was a regional differentiation that the growth of county GDP lowered from northwest to southeast. The industrial structure changed significantly in Guizhou's county level in 2005 and 2009, and ITI was 6.7 and 8.3, respectively. There was a noticeable tendency that developed counties had low ITI. In contrast, spatiotemporal characteristics of per-capita GDP growth were more complex, and these counties of high per-capita GDP disbursed over a wide region of the Guiyang- Zunyi industrial zone.
