Cindy told him that it is being repaired at a cost of $4,400.00 by a local contractor. The HOT (Hastings County Opportunities in Tourism) held their September meeting and it was mentionedthat a new North Hastings Non-Motorized Trails Strategy Working Group is being developed. Cindy expressed concern that this group does not try to go around EOTA like they have before and look for funds from Hastings County. Apparently there has been some work started at the Nellie Lund Park in Wollaston township where some trails have been built. Dan Hughey sits on a committee and will keep EOTA up to date.
