Construction of a new water supply reticulation network will be based on the Design Drawings supplied by SA Water which will identify the detailed location of the scheme as well as the pipe materials and accessories to be used. In addition to this general direction, typical construction details can be obtained from the Water Supply Construction Manual supplied with this document. Based on the information provided in these sets of drawings the contractors can select any of the products listed in this catalogue, provided they are appropriate for the use required, and purchase them directly from the manufacturer or their supplier.

Products will be available through the manufacturer or local suppliers who have a supply arrangement with the manufacturer. Details of local suppliers are listed below.

The products listed in this catalogue have been given authorised status based on their conformance with the SA Water Corporation Standard Product Specification for the item and the quality system operating in the factory where the product was manufactured.

Other manufacturers will be added to the list on an ongoing basis provided they meet the specification requirements and have a suitable QA system for their manufacturing process.
