The Maroggia project Quartiere Intergenerazionale LAGO (QIL) QI’s concept represents the philosophy of intergenerational Living, Working and Enjoying. Comfortable and flexible designed residence units, easily reachable, combined with extensive available on-site services, smoothly integrated in the nature of lake and mountains, shall attract young and older people for living. It will be an Oasis within a harmonic environment for those who want peace but not being isolated. Access to services such as a Spa/Wellness area, restaurant, welcome and information desk, etc., augments the comfort of living quality. Logically seen, QI consists of three units: LAGO, TOWER and CENTRO.
