Glynogwr Show, its officials, agents cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft, loss, damage or any breach of copyright how so ever caused, arising out of or at the show. 2. Each competitor (or where applicable, the parent or guardian) shall be solely responsible for consequences of loss or damage done to, or occasioned by, or arising from any animal and indemnity against all liabilities, damage, actions claims, proceedings, cost or expenses in relation to, or arising from his/her entries in the show. 3. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted (correct dress please). All safety equipment should carry the current British Standard Kite Mark. 4. No misuse of whips, spurs, or practice jumps allowed. 5. Dogs must be on a lead at all times. 6. No refund of entry fee will be given, unless horse or rider is injured. 7. The judges’s decision is final. 8. Any objections must be lodged with the secretary within thirty minutes of the end of the class concerned together with a £10.00 deposit, returnable if the objection is sustained. 9. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to class without explanation except to the appropriate body. 10. The committee cannot be held responsible for any error in the time schedule, and reserves the right to cancel or amend the same in any way. 11. It is a condition of entry that the above Rules and Conditions are complied with. 12. If anyone falls off, Jumping or Showing they must leave the arena dismounted. 13. All vehicles parked at owners risk. 14. Minimum age of horse or pony competing to be four years old or over as at the 1st January, 2015. 15. He was very concerned about the litter, weeds, overhanging shrubs onto 1 public footpaths/pavements and that small seating areas need clearing. Mr W appreciated what has been done and hoped that street cleaning etc would be done before the council introduce floral displays. The Clerk was asked to confirm frequency of weed spraying by Bridgend CBC and advertise for volunteers to take on maintenance of their own areas. The Clerk was also requested to investigate if any contractors may be interested grounds maintenance works. Mr GR of Blackmill informed members that he is taking the lead on installations of defibrillators throughout the OVCC area and is now a First Responder.

Purpose of report 1.1 This report details the outcome of the options appraisal process for the delivery of Welsh- medium childcare provision in the Bettws and Ogmore Valley areas, and seeks approval to proceed with the options for delivery of childcare provision , as recommended by the School Modernisation Strategic Programme Board (the Board). 2. Connection to corporate improvement objectives/other corporate priorities 2.1 This report relates to the following Corporate Improvement Plan priorities: Supporting a successful economy - we will take steps to make the county a good place to do business, for people to live, work, study and visit, and to ensure that our schools are focused on raising the skills, qualifications and ambitions of all people in the county. Consolidation will mean: • continuing to build on the goodwill which has grown between the three churches in the benefice, and also between the different denominations in the area • giving direction and focus to shared aspirations (eg our Mission Statement) • bringing unity and coherence to lay ministry, encouraging us to see that all that we do is valuable to God, so that we are both being church and doing church • seizing opportunities for wider collaborative working with neighbouring parishes and colleagues.
