Elevation’s genetics both top and bottom are packed with outstanding udders, large feet and structural correctness. On top of that you also add his dark red color, depth through his heart and flank and wonderful disposition. We were a bit surprised to find that Elevation reduced birth weight and did an outstanding job of throwing his dark red color. We were also very impressed at weaning time. In 2019 his top five bull calves averaged 905lbs at the end of August with no creep feed, these same 5 bulls averaged 88lbs at birth. His bull calves are impressive, but he also hit a home run in the heifer pen producing top end bred heifers and heifer calves. Challenger himself is a dark red bull with outstanding structure. He did an exceptional job on his first two calf crops stamping his calves with his dark red color and passing on his soggy body type. He reduced birth weights on several powerful cows and added muscling to all his calves. This past spring one of his sons was selected by Mappin Simmentals to be their newest herd sire.
