His major focus on his current position is to create business partnership with HR consulting companies and to position SuccessFactors as the global No.1 HR cloud solution in Korea HR market by thought leadership and related marketing activities. He is also actively supporting SuccessFactors sales plays directly through CHRO networking and HR team communication. KwangMo has totally 19 yrs. experience which includes 1 year SAP experience, 16 yrs. consulting experience and 2 yrs. industry experience. He used to be an Associate Director and the team leader of Global Talent Management at Hanon Systems. His responsibility was to lead Global HR team at Hanon Systems with full responsibility on overall practices of global HR. Prior to Hanon Systems, he used to be a Sr. Consultant of Talent & Reward and the Head of TMOA (talent mgmt. & organization alignment) practice at Towers Watson Seoul. He was also a director of the Korean Society of Management Consulting and a Director of the Korean Corporate Counseling Association in 2013 ~ 2014. KwangMo has various consulting experience in global HR and talent management, like leadership assessment and development, talent acquisition, competency modeling, organization culture, succession planning, global talent management strategy, global job management and Org design, etc. Prior to joining Towers Watson, he worked for Accenture as a human performance consultant and process consultant. He led change management team for ERP project and participated in several HR projects. KwangMo also worked for Great Place to Work Korea as a Sr. researcher. He led the selection process of Korea Great Place to Work in 2004. He has industry experience at Samsung Corporation. KwangMo was granted a B.A. in business from Seoul National University. He was also educated at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan. He is currently attending Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change course at Penn State University (World campus). KwangMo is a co-author of a book, ‘Great Work Place’ (2002) and edited a book, ‘Why I am sad only at workplace’ (2007). He also translated a book, ‘Manager Redefined’ (2014), with his team.
