• Online survey among researchers at academic institutions and companies which participated in the SpringerProtocols trials. • Surveyyypps conducted in November 2008, May 2009, September/October 2009, April and November 2010 and May and November 2011 • Invitation e-mails sent to 5610 researchers at more than190 participating institutions in the US, Canada and worldwide . • 258 completed interviews Springer Protocols Trials: Results of User Surveys| December 2011 4
