The Superintendent or his/her officially designated representative will notify the principals of the closing and the time of general dismissal. 2. The principals will designate and notify any employee who will be dismissed or who will stay. 3. Any employee who elects to leave prior to permission being granted for the general dismissal of all employees, may do so only after obtaining permission directly from his/her principal. 4. Because employees electing to leave before the general dismissal will be paid only for the time that they actually work, the principals will record and report these cases to the central office on the regular time sheets used by the payroll department.
