New service interchanges are proposed along I-15 at Bermuda Road, Starr Avenue, and Cactus Avenue; a reconstructed interchange at Sloan Road; a reconstructed overpass at Warm Springs Road;1 and new overpasses at Pebble Road and Sunset Road. Improvements would be made to the Blue Diamond Road (SR 160) interchange and the I-15/I-215 Beltway system interchange.

Figure 1 summarizes the utility infrastructure surrounding the site. 1.1 Potable Water System Kimley-Horn met with Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) to obtain record drawings, and to identify any constraints in the existing potable water system or potential conflicts with the proposed development. The existing offsite potable water system in Tropicana Avenue consists of 12”, 60”, and 90” diameter pipelines running along the southernmost side of Tropicana Avenue. The major lines for connection to the site are the 12” and 60” pipelines from LVVWD system at South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Tropicana Avenue, to Paradise Road and East Tropicana Avenue. Service to the site of interest includes a 2” service lateral to parcel 162-21-802-001, a 12” ACP service lateral to parcel 162-21-802- 005, and two (2) 8” service laterals to parcel 162-21-810-005. The existing offsite potable water system in Deckow Lane includes a 10” diameter pipeline with service potential.

    September 17, 2020 CLARK COUNTY DISTRICT G NEWSLETTER Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson Hello District G Residents, Today, along with community partners and Clark County Parks and Recreation, I was able to dedicate a new restroom facility and streetscape improvements at Pebble Park located at 8975 Topaz Street. Originally constructed in 2007, the new improvements at Pebble Park include a new public restroom and perimeter landscaping of trees and shrubs along Pebble Road and Eastern Ave. Pebble Park is popular with both neighborhood residents and sports leagues alike. The park has a trail, picnic areas, a playground, a water play feature and a very large green area used by several sports leagues as practice space. The addition of a restroom facility will greatly improve the overall experience for park users. The restroom and landscaping improvements will further incorporate this park into the adjacent neighborhood. Those wanting more information about Pebble Park can call the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department at (702) 455-8200 or visit www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/parks.
